This web portal is designed to show you what DCII signals can be viewed. This ofcourse is dependant on what hardware you have and the compatibility you have with the various DCII signals. Many signals are clear to watch one day, and MP encrypted the next. That is why this list was created. This list is automaticaly generated and maintained by users that use the DSRC client which controls the commercial motorola DSR units. When they click on a channel, its current status is sent to the cloud which in return, updates this list. This site has the closest realtime status of DCII channels.

Want to know more about the hobby, or join in, check out Ricks Site, Specifically the 4DTV Motorola forum.

Modes
ZKUnencrypted signals. If they are on a DCII transponder, then they can be viewed by just about any DCII receiver and some 3rd party tuner cards.
FP Fixed key encrypted channels that can be viewed by most Digicipher receivers as long as the unit ID within the software is still intact.
MP Modified key encrypted channels which cannot be viewed unless the unit ID is specifically authorized to receive the channel. Basically, this means out of our reach.

Signals
DCII It appears that DCII is moving away from the DCII signal favoring the DVBS2, however there are still a number of DCII signal channels out there and can be viewed by just about any of the DCII receivers, old and new, including the older 4DTV receivers.
Turbo 8psk Some of the more recent commercial DCII receivers are capable of turbo 8psk channels as long as those channels are unencrypted. 99% of FTA receivers cannot handle this signal, so if you have a DCII unit that handles turbo, that is an extra bonus.
DVB/S2 If the channels are in ZK mode, then you can view this on any FTA satellite receiver, but if the channel is in FP mode, which is more common, then you need a more modern DCII receiver such as the commercial DSR units.

Video Encoding
MPEG2 This is the older encoding method that the 4DTV and older DSR units support.
MPEG4 This is a newer encoding method and that is used most commonly. This requires the NEWER commercial DSR units.
